Refund policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

To start a return, contact support@kaekae.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Clearance or final sale items

- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged product, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos for review.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defective item.
